The fact that it works on www.etc and not wiki.etc seems to imply some IIS setting is different. Can you double check everything? (Sorry to ask that - but it's all I can think of.)

What I am wondering if having the period in the URL http://wiki.msuextension.org/index.cfm/Special.Categories is causing the break?

Interesting - when I changed iisStinks to iis.Stinks, it breaks too. So yeah, that's the issue - but why?
