I'd like to see an option when logged in as admin to make templates available to all users via a checkbox. As the admin, I'd like to create a template with our website standard templates that all users have access to, so they can create a survey and use our organization wide template. Currently I have commented out the CF code to allow users to select this, but then they have update permission on these templates.
