Yes it does. Here is my Root URL copied from Settings:

Check your email. It is throwing an error that should be mailed to you. Give me those details pls.

I have no Error Emails and I have verified that my email address is correct in Settings.

When logged in as an admin, what do you see when you go here:

Could not create file output stream. The output directory probably is not a valid path. Please check that it exists.

Ok working now - For some reason the blogCFC/images/captcha directory was not created when I uploaded the code via FTP. I just created it manually and it is working now.
